How to make Fish baked with dill and lemon, served with rice and broccoli

  1. 1. Blanch the lemon with boiling water then grate the peel

  2. 2. Cut the fish into small pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with salt and pepper

  3. 3. Arrange the fish on squares of aluminium foil, brush with pressed garlic and sprinkle with chopped dill Add butter and wrap in the foil

  4. 4. Place the fish in a pre-heated oven (180 Celsius) for around 20 minutes

  5. 5. Once cooked, sprinkle the fish with lemon zest and serve with boiled rice and broccoli
