  • Wholemeal flour5× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Water5× tablespoon (50 ml)
  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Sesame seeds1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Chives, fresh1× tablespoon (5 g)
  • Olive oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Cumin seeds1× pinch (2 g)
  • Salt3× pinch (1.5 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

  1. 1. Bean paste:

  2. 2. Chop up the chives

  3. 3. Blend the beans with the garlic, sesame, cumin, chives, lemon juice, salt and pepper

  4. 4. Spread the paste thus obtained on the tortilla, and fold

  5. 5. Wheat tortilla:

  6. 6. Mix the flour with the salt. Add hot water and mix

  7. 7. Then add oil and knead by hand. Set aside

  8. 8. After about 10 minutes, divide the dough into two parts, roll into balls then roll flat (sprinkle with flour if necessary)

  9. 9. Fry on a dry pan for about a minute on one side, and 30 seconds on the other
