How to make Bruschetta tomato, olives and garlic

  1. 1. Drench a slice of bread with most of the olive oil

  2. 2. Dice the tomatoes and olives, place them on the bread

  3. 3. Press the garlic, then add it along with basil and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with a few drops of the remaining oil

  4. 4. Place in a pre-heated oven (180 Celsius) for 5-6 minutes
