How to make Turkey curry

  1. 1. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the tomato sauce and curry powder (approx.1 tsp.) and grated ginger

  2. 2. Chop the turkey into small pieces and add to the boiling sauce. Simmer for around 25 minutes.
