How to make Green pancakes with potato and tofu filling

  2. 2. Blend the flour, egg, oil, chopped spinach, milk and a little water to make the pancake dough. Add some more water if the dough is too thick

  3. 3. Fry the pancakes on both sides in a heated, non-stick pan
