  • Brown rice5× tablespoon (75 g)
  • Orange50 g
  • Natural yoghurt2× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Carrot, fresh or frozen1× piece (50 g)
  • Cabbage1× leaf (50 g)
  • Sweet pepper1.5× slice (45 g)
  • Olive oil4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Lemon1× slice (10 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Roasted orange trout

  1. 1. Clean and descale the trout

  2. 2. Season the fish with salt and pepper, then stuff with slices of orange and carrot

  3. 3. Lay it out on baking paper and bake for 30 minutes at 220C

  4. 4. Mix the yoghurt with some juice squeezed from the orange, and pour it on the fish before serving

  5. 5. Serve with boiled rice and salad

  6. 6. Chinese cabbage salad:

  7. 7. Finely chop the vegetables

  8. 8. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil

  9. 9. Season to taste and mix thoroughly
