  • Shrimps, frozen1.5× cup (150 g)
  • Onion8× slice (80 g)
  • Brown rice3× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Lemon4× slice (40 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic1.5× clove (7.5 g)
  • Coriander leaves, dried2× pinch (4 g)
  • Ginger, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Lemon and ginger shrimps with rice

  1. 1. Mix the lemon juice, pepper, ginger, coriander, crushed garlic and chopped onion carefully into the oil

  2. 2. Coat the shrimps thoroughly in the marinade (keep some of it to pour on the shrimps later)

  3. 3. Bake the shrimps in an oven pre-heated to 180C until they turn brown and matte. While they bake, turn them over and add more marinade

  4. 4. Serve with boiled rice
