  • Chorizo4× slice (28 g)
  • Olives1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Basil, dried, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Salmon with chorizo

  1. 1. Place the salmon in a cold pan and put it on a fairly high flame.

  2. 2. When the pan has heated up and the fish sizzles, turn it over and fry for around 5

  3. 3. minutes.

  4. 4. Slice the tomatoes, tear off half of the basil and mix with a pinch of sea salt and black

  5. 5. pepper.

  6. 6. Finely chop the olives and mix with the oil and a little water.

  7. 7. Slice the chorizo and place it in the pan with the fish for 2 minutes.

  8. 8. Toss in the tomatoes for the last 30 seconds.
