How to make Lemon pasta with courgette

  1. 1. Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. Drain off the water, keeping

  3. 3. Slice the courgette lengthwise, then into thin strips.

  4. 4. Heat up a pan, add the olive oil and courgette.

  5. 5. Fry for 4 minutes, stirring regularly. Next add the chopped mint leaves.
