  • Beef, lean meat2× portion (200 g)
  • Water15× tablespoon (150 ml)
  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen3× floret (150 g)
  • Brown rice7× tablespoon (105 g)
  • Soy sauce5× tablespoon (50 g)
  • Sugar, white4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)
  • Potato flour2× teaspoon (12 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Sesame seeds1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Ginger, fresh2× slice (4 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Beef and broccoli stir-fry

  1. 1. Boil the rice, roast the sesame in a dry pan. Wash the broccoli and divide into small florets.

  2. 2. Peel and finely grate the ginger and garlic. Mix with the remaining ingredients of the sauce in a bowl, set aside.

  3. 3. Heat up a wok or deep pan, add 1/2 tbs of oil. Put the broccoli in, add a pinch of salt and fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently. Then keep adding a few spoonfuls of water and cook the broccoli in this way for around 7 minutes. Remove from the pan and place on a plate.

  4. 4. Cut the meat into thin strips.

  5. 5. Add a tablespoon of oil to the same pan. When it’s hot, add the meat and fry for 1 minute on high heat. Turn it over.

  6. 6. Add the sauce and bring to the boil. Boil for 2-3 minutes, then add the broccoli and stir. Serve with boiled rice, sprinkle with sesame.

    It tastes quite good, the receipt is missing sauce preparation.
