  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen2× floret (100 g)
  • Carrot, fresh or frozen70 g

  • Soy sauce2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Peanut butter, smooth1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Sesame seeds1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Ginger, fresh2× teaspoon (6 g)

How to make Rice with chicken, broccoli and carrots

  1. 1. Boil the rice in salted water

  2. 2. Fry the diced chicken breast in oil in a pan, seasoning with salt and pepper

  3. 3. Add small broccoli florets and strips of peeled carrot. Fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are soft, stirring from time to time. Pour in a spoonful of water if the vegetables stick to the pan

  4. 4. Add the grated ginger and grated garlic, fry for a while. Mix the peanut butter with soya

  5. 5. sauce and water. Put it in the pan along with the rice and briefly fry everything together

  6. 6. Finally sprinkle with sesame
