  • Broccoli green, fresh or frozen8× floret (400 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta3× cup (240 g)
  • Feta cheese9× slice (180 g)
  • Red chilli peppers2× portion (150 g)
  • Nuts2× handful (60 g)
  • Olive oil4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Lemon4× slice (40 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Spicy broccoli pasta

  1. 1. Clean and remove the seeds from the chilli pepper and finely chop it. Coarsely chop the nuts. Boil the pasta in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, until al dente.

  2. 2. Divide the broccoli into small florets and fry on the heated olive oil. Season with salt, chilli and lemon juice. Add the walnuts and fry briefly, then season to taste. Drain the pasta. Mix both ingredients with the broccoli, lay on plates. Dice the feta and garnish the pasta with it.
