  • Onion5× slice (50 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Chives, fresh2× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garam masala1× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Fried potatoes with garam masala

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes and leave to cool. Chop into small pieces.

  2. 2. Finely dice the onion, press the garlic.

  3. 3. Fry the onions lightly on oil in a pan. When it glazes, add the seasoning (garam masala, turmeric and chilli pepper) and garlic. If the vegetables start to burn, pour in a little hot water.

  4. 4. Gently transfer the potatoes to the pan, being careful not to let them crumble. Fry for 4-5 minutes, stirring from time to time while being careful not to let them burn.

  5. 5. Sprinkle the fried potatoes with chopped chives.
