How to make Spaghetti with spinach and almond pesto

  1. 1. Roast the almonds in a dry pan.

  2. 2. Chop the parsley, place in a blender with the almonds and 1 cloves of garlic. Add 5 tbs of oil and blend.

  3. 3. Briefly fry the spinach on a tablespoon of oil along with the remaining garlic (sliced).

  4. 4. Mix the cooked spaghetti thoroughly with the pesto, add the spinach, then stir lightly and place in a bowl. Dust with pepper.
