  • Hard cheese1.5× slice (30 g)

How to make Scrambled eggs with camembert

  1. 1. Put teaspoons of clarified butter in a heated pan.

  2. 2. Wash and slice the mushrooms. Add them straight to the heated butter.

  3. 3. Take another pan, heat it and start laying out slices of ham.

  4. 4. Break eggs into the mushrooms, add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. 5. Fry the ham for a moment until crisp. Leave the eggs until they set.

  6. 6. Transfer the ham to a plate when ready, add the scrambled eggs, sliced camembert and gouda.
