  • Potato100 g
  • Onion10× slice (100 g)
  • Olive oil4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Garlic4× clove (20 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Vegetable bake with halloumi

  1. 1. Heat the oven to 200C.

  2. 2. Peel and dice the potato and sweet potato Chop the peppers up, removing the seeds. Remove the dry outer skin of the onion and slice it into eighths. Leave the cloves of garlic in their skins.

  3. 3. Season the vegetables with pepper and mix with the oil. Arrange in a baking tray or casserole dish and bake for around 45 minutes uncovered. Next arrange the diced halloumi on top of the vegetables and bake for about 10 minutes more.
