  • Sunflower seeds3× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Basil, dried, ground10× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic3× clove (15 g)

How to make Pasta with basil pesto and halloumi

  1. 1. Boil the pasta. Roast the sunflower seeds in a dry pan Finely dice the tomatoes, slice the garlic (2 cloves).

  2. 2. Cut the halloumi into slices.

  3. 3. Put the sunflower seeds in a blender, add the basil, one clove of garlic and oil, then mix. Stir in with the warm pasta.

  4. 4. Heat some oil in a pan, glaze the garlic, add the tomatoes and fry altogether for about 2-3 minutes. Place on top of the pasta.

  5. 5. Fry the halloumi in the same pan. Place it on top of the pasta and sprinkle everything with pepper.
