How to make Pasta with halloumi in tomato sauce

  1. 1. Briefly fry the finely chopped chilli and garlic on oil in a deep pan.

  2. 2. Add the tinned tomatoes and olives, then simmer for a few minutes.

  3. 3. Boil the pasta.

  4. 4. A few minutes before the pasta is fully boiled, add the diced halloumi to the sauce. Season with salt, pepper and oregano.

  5. 5. Drain the pasta, add to the sauce and mix everything.

  6. 6. Transfer the pasta to a plate and sprinkle with basil.
