How to make Salad with pomegranate seeds and baby spinach

  1. 1. Wash the spinach and rocket leaves well and put them in a bowl.

  2. 2. Open up and peel the pomegranate, remove all the white skin. To save time, place the seeds in a bowl and cover with fresh water. The white skin will float to the surface and will be easier to remove.
