  • Apple1× piece (150 g)
  • Water0.5× cup (125 ml)
  • Prunes1× handful (60 g)
  • Lemon0.5× piece (40 g)
  • Butter6× teaspoon (30 g)
  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Thyme, dried, ground1× pinch (2 g)
  • Provencal herbs1× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Roast turkey drumsticks

  1. 1. Thoroughly clean and dry the drumsticks.

  2. 2. Place in a large bowl, add butter and the pressed cloves of garlic, herbs, cloves, salt, pepper, lemon juice and honey. Mix everything together thoroughly and rub lightly into the meat.

  3. 3. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for an hour.

  4. 4. Transfer the marinaded drumsticks to a casserole dish, pour on water. Arrange the apples and plums between them and place in the oven preheated to 200C.

  5. 5. Roast for 90 minutes, pouring sauce over them from time to time.

    5 stars when we try it- the hot spices(IBS AND CRONS)! This would be great cooked in the crock pot!!
