How to make Red cabbage

  1. 1. Dice the apples, chop up the cabbage and onion.

  2. 2. Heat the butter and oil in a large pan with a lid. Add the onion and fry gently until soft. Add the seasoning. Add the cabbage and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring from time to time, until it becomes glossy.

  3. 3. Add the sugar, apple and red wine vinegar. Cover and simmer gently for about 40 minutes.
