  • Eggs chicken1× portion (60 g)
  • Semi-skimmed milk1× tablespoon (10 ml)
  • Tomato ketchup1× teaspoon (8 g)
  • Oil1× teaspoon (5 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Eggy bread

  1. 1. Beat the egg and milk in a shallow bowl with a large amount of salt and pepper.

  2. 2. Heat enough oil on a medium heat to cover the base of a large pan. When the oil starts to sizzle, dip the bread in the egg mix and place in the pan. Cook for 5 minutes on each side or until it starts to brown.

  3. 3. Serve with ketchup.

    Guys! I love these! Always I eat them when I’m sad, and it’s always help! Sometimes I add some milk to eggs (it makes bread more fluffy and soft). I recommend not adding too much spices, only less than a pinch of salt and pepper will make a lot of work.
