  • Rocket Salad1× portion (15 g)
  • Dill, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Chives, fresh0.5× tablespoon (2.5 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Smoked salmon tartare with lime

  1. 1. Cut the salmon into pieces of approx. 5 cm and place them all in a bowl.

  2. 2. Wash the lime in vinegar under hot water, dry then grate the peel in a bowl. Squeeze out the juice of 2 limes add salt and pepper.

  3. 3. Add the dill and form the tartare using moulds if desired.

  4. 4. Place in the fridge for an hour before serving.
