How to make Pasta with ham, mushrooms and sundried tomatoes

  1. 1. Boil the pasts in salted water according to the instructions on the packet

  2. 2. Wash, dry then slice the mushrooms

  3. 3. Heat up a pan with 1 tbs olive oil and add the mushrooms. Season with salt, pepper and oregano

  4. 4. Add the chopped garlic and fry for about 2 minutes Add the chopped ham and tomatoes cut into strips, the fry for around 5 minutes, stirring frequently

  5. 5. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Keep on the heat until the sauce thickens (approx. 2 min.)

  6. 6. Add the cheese and pasta then stir
