  • Beans, cooked or canned10× tablespoon (200 g)
  • Sweet pepper6× slice (180 g)
  • Chicken breast, without skin1× piece (150 g)
  • Sweetcorn100 g
  • Onion0.5× piece (60 g)
  • Hard cheese2.5× slice (50 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground2× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Sweet paprika2× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Chives, fresh1× tablespoon (5 g)
  • Cumin4× pinch (4 g)
  • Coriander leaves, dried1× tablespoon (4 g)

How to make Tex-mex with chicken

  1. 1. Pour the olive oil into a deep pan. Add the diced onion, pressed garlic and diced pepper Fry for around 3 min.

  2. 2. Push to the side and add the sliced chicken. Season with salt, pepper and a teaspoon of cumin. Fry for another 4 minutes.

  3. 3. Add the diced courgette and stir in.

  4. 4. Stir fry for around 4 minutes. Add the rest of the seasoning and stir.

  5. 5. Add the drained sweetcorn and beans. Add the tomatoes and boil under cover for 10 min.

  6. 6. Remove the lid, sprinkle with cheese, cover and boil for 2 min.

  7. 7. Sprinkle with coriander and chives.
