  • Mango300 g
  • Coconut milk1× cup (230 ml)
  • Water20× tablespoon (200 ml)
  • Brown rice1× cup (180 g)
  • Sugar, white4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Sesame seeds1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Mango sticky

  1. 1. Rinse the rice thoroughly, changing the water several times. Pour on cold water, cover and simmer on a low heat for around 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave covered for around 10 - 15 minutes, until the rice completely absorbs the water.

  2. 2. Boil the coconut milk in a pan with some sugar and salt. Pour 3/4 of the milk into the rice and mix in.

  3. 3. Wash, clean and slice the mango.

  4. 4. Arrange on a plate. Lay the rice alongside (e.g. using cups), pour on the rest of the coconut milk and sprinkle with roasted sesame.
