How to make Mango sticky
1. Rinse the rice thoroughly, changing the water several times. Pour on cold water, cover and simmer on a low heat for around 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave covered for around 10 - 15 minutes, until the rice completely absorbs the water.
2. Boil the coconut milk in a pan with some sugar and salt. Pour 3/4 of the milk into the rice and mix in.
3. Wash, clean and slice the mango.
4. Arrange on a plate. Lay the rice alongside (e.g. using cups), pour on the rest of the coconut milk and sprinkle with roasted sesame.
