  • Ham8× slice (160 g)
  • Pear140 g
  • Cheese, Camembert80 g
  • Butter8× teaspoon (40 g)
  • Rocket Salad2× portion (30 g)
  • Mustard, smooth1× tablespoon (20 g)

How to make Toast with pear and cheese

  1. 1. Butter the bread on one side and turn it over, unbuttered side up. Spread butter on the other side.

  2. 2. Place slices of ham and Camembert on half of the bread slices.

  3. 3. Core and slice the pear, then place it on top of the cheese. Arrange some rocket on the top and cover all four slices with the remaining bread (buttered side down).

  4. 4. Place in a grill pan and fry on both sides. When they turn brown and the cheese starts to melt, remove them from the pan.
