  • Chicken breast, without skin500 g
  • Water1× cup (250 ml)
  • Coconut milk1× cup (230 ml)
  • Sweet pepper1× piece (230 g)
  • Courgette200 g
  • Onion8× slice (80 g)
  • Olive oil4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Honey1× tablespoon (25 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Soy sauce2× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Curry, powder2× teaspoon (6 g)
  • Limes5 g
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Thai chicken

  1. 1. Chop the garlic (set some aside) and mix it with the coconut milk, curry powder, lime juice and peel.

  2. 2. Dice the chicken breast, put it in the marinade and leave in the fridge for 20 minutes. Keep the marinade afterwards!

  3. 3. Chop the vegetables into 2 x 2 cm pieces. Marinade in the soya sauce, add the rest of the garlic. Add a little honey.

  4. 4. Skewer the meat, alternating it with vegetables and onion slices. Grill for about 12 minutes, rotating on each side.

  5. 5. Dilute the leftover marinade with water. Cook on a low heat for about 15 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add the olive oil, season with chopped chilli pepper, salt and pepper.
