  • Eggs chicken2× portion (120 g)
  • Syrup, maple3× tablespoon (30 ml)
  • Butter4× teaspoon (20 g)
  • Baking Powder8 g

How to make Yoghurt pancakes with maple syrup

  1. 1. Mix the eggs with the yoghurt.

  2. 2. Sieve the flour and add baking powder.

  3. 3. Mix everything gently.

  4. 4. Heat the butter, spread out with a spoon. Fry on a moderate heat until they rise and turn nicely brown (around 3 minutes). Turn over and fry for about 3 minutes.
