How to make Fried apples
1. Sieve the flour into a bowl, add the water, yolks and a pinch of salt, knead the batter thoroughly with a spoon. Beat the egg whites into a foam, add to the batter and stir in gently.
2. Peel and core the apple, cut into 1 cm slices Skewer each slice on a fork, coat with the batter then place in a frying pan with heated oil and fry until golden on each side.
3. Lay out on a paper towel, then onto a plate. You can sprinkle it with cinnamon.
