How to make Cod salad

  1. 1. Rinse, dry then slice the fish.

  2. 2. Drizzle with the lemon juice, rub with the pressed garlic, pepper and other seasoning, then coat with olive oil and leave for half an hour.

  3. 3. Boil the groats in salted water. Place the chopped tomato, thinly sliced onion, quartered olives and chopped parsley in a salad bowl. Add the salt, pepper, tbs olive oil and set aside.

  4. 4. Lay the fish out in a heated frying pan and fry on each side for about 2 minutes, adding butter to the pan in the meantime.

  5. 5. Put the fish on a plate, then put the boiled groats in the same pan, and stir while heat for a moment. Lay it on the plate.
