  • Lean fish, fresh or frozen200 g
  • Cream 30 %5× tablespoon (125 g)
  • Brown rice7× tablespoon (105 g)
  • Tomatoes, sun dried6× piece (42 g)
  • Butter2× teaspoon (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Sweet paprika0.5× teaspoon (1.5 g)
  • Thyme, dried, ground0.5× teaspoon (1.5 g)

How to make Cod in cream sauce

  1. 1. Heat up a frying pan with butter and olive oil, season the fish with pepper and thyme, place in the pan. Fry for around a minute on each side.

  2. 2. Boil the rice loose.

  3. 3. Blend the sundried tomatoes into a paste and add to the fish. After a while add the cream and paprika, then mix.

  4. 4. Turn the fish over and cook for around 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. You can pour sauce over the fish in the meantime.

  5. 5. Remove from the heat and serve with rice.
