  • Cauliflower, fresh or frozen10× floret (500 g)
  • Cucumber1× portion (200 g)
  • Eggs chicken2× portion (120 g)
  • Cream, UHT, half10× teaspoon (80 g)
  • Breadcrumbs, manufactured15× teaspoon (60 g)
  • Chives, fresh4× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Sugar, white1× teaspoon (5 g)

How to make Cauliflower burgers

  1. 1. Put the cauliflower in a pan and cover with water. Boil for around 15 minutes.

  2. 2. Remove the hardest parts then mash it.

  3. 3. Put the cauliflower in bowls, add salt, ground pepper, half of the breadcrumbs, eggs, chives and pressed garlic, and mix together.

  4. 4. Shape into burgers and coat with breadcrumbs. Place in a heated pan with oil and fry on a moderate heat for approx. 4 - 5 minutes on each side.

  5. 5. Grate or slice the cucumber. Salt, pour on cream, then add the sugar and a little vinegar.

    great inspiration. I was too lazy to cook califlower so I grated it. It was also delicious
