  • Tomatoes Whole Peeled, canned1× portion (400 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta14× tablespoon (140 g)
  • Cheese, Parmesan, fresh4× tablespoon (40 g)
  • Ground Hot Paprika1× package (24 g)
  • Olive oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Basil, dried, ground1× teaspoon (2 g)

How to make Pasta alla arrabbiata

  1. 1. Boil the pasta al dente in salted water.

  2. 2. Lightly fry the chopped garlic in a pan.

  3. 3. Slice the pepper lengthwise and remove the seeds, then dice it. Add the pepper to the garlic in the pan, then fry them together for a while.

  4. 4. Add the tomatoes, season with salt, stir and cook for around 3 minutes. Add the drained pasta, stir and cook for another minute or so. Lay out on a plate, garnish with chopped basil and serve with grated parmesan.
