  • Sweet pepper1× piece (230 g)
  • Onion10× slice (100 g)
  • Cream, UHT, half10× teaspoon (80 g)
  • Hard cheese2.5× slice (50 g)
  • Limes30 g
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Ground Hot Paprika1× tablespoon (20 g)
  • Cumin1× pinch (1 g)
  • Smoked Paprika1× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Salt1× pinch (0.5 g)

How to make Chicken fajitas

  1. 1. Slice the chicken into thin strips Season with salt, pepper, half of the cumin and smoked paprika, add a tablespoon each of oil and lime juice, mix together and leave for at least half an hour to marinade.

  2. 2. Cut the pepper into strips, and the onion into wide half strips, mix thoroughly with salt, pepper, the rest of the cumin and smoked paprika, and a tablespoon each of oil and lime juice.

  3. 3. Heat up a pan (e.g. a grill pan), arrange the chicken pieces and grill (on a high heat for about 3 minutes on each side), set aside on a plate.

  4. 4. Place the vegetables in the same pan, reduce the heat slightly and fry thoroughly, stirring frequently for a total of about 6-7 minutes. Add the chicken and gently stir the ingredients together.

  5. 5. Sprinkle with the chopped chilli pepper and fresh coriander.

  6. 6. Serve thick sour cream and cheddar cheese in separate bowls.
