Too many eggs, flour should not be used at breakfast(!); maybe try substituting toasted slice of Dave's Killer organic Bread:(100 cL., 2.5 fat,o cchol, 135 sol.,18 carb., 4 fiber, 1 sugar, 5g protein.) It is the ONLY bread I use now!!, also a few strawberries, blueberries, and dates, figs, or prunes... Yum!!! White sugar is a no no !(allergy to too much sugar= migraines!!) I use Splenda or Great Value-cheaper.
