  • Cucumber16× slice (160 g)
  • Breadcrumbs, manufactured10× tablespoon (80 g)

How to make Halloumi chips with tzatziki sauce

  1. 1. Grate the cucumber, sprinkle with a pinch of salt and set aside.

  2. 2. Wrap the halloumi in a paper towel and squeeze out the excess liquid. The cut into sticks.

  3. 3. Roll and coat the cheese in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

  4. 4. Fry on heated olive oil for about 5 minutes until golden. Transfer to a paper towel.
