  • Lemon2× slice (20 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)

How to make Roast avocado with bacon and aioli sauce

  1. 1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and slice up the flesh.

  2. 2. Wrap the avocado pieces in strips of bacon, sprinkle with pepper and lemon juice.

  3. 3. Roast the avocado wrapped in bacon at 180C until the bacon starts to brown.

  4. 4. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon zest, mustard, pressed garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.

  5. 5. The sauce will keep on the fridge for up to 3 days.
