  • Onion3× slice (30 g)
  • Oil2× tablespoon (20 g)

  • Basil, dried, ground1× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Broccoli omelette with mushrooms

  1. 1. Divide the broccoli into small florets and boil in salted water or steam for around 10 minutes.

  2. 2. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.

  3. 3. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl, add the seasoning, then the onion and mushrooms.

  4. 4. Drain off the broccoli and add it to the rest of the ingredients, gently stir everything once again then pour it into a heated pan.

  5. 5. Fry the omelette for a few minutes on each side.
