How to make Lecso with courgette, mushrooms and bacon

  1. 1. Dice the courgette, tomato and onion, slice the mushrooms.

  2. 2. Fry the sliced bacon for a moment in oil, then add the chopped vegetables and mushrooms.

    I've added 11g oil instead of 30g and reduced kcal a lot. I feel like 30g of oil is not needed when bacon is already fatty. Otherwise lovely keto friendly lunch idea
