How to make Banana fritters in coconut batter

  1. 1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add the coconut milk.

  2. 2. Add the flour and baking powder, strained through a sieve, and mix everything together. Add the sugar, coconut flakes, sesame and mix again.

  3. 3. Peel the bananas, slice them lengthwise and then in half.

  4. 4. Dip the banana pieces in the batter and fry in pre-heated oil.

  5. 5. Drain on a paper towel.
