How to make Cheese and ham quiche

  1. 1. Melt the butter.

  2. 2. Mix the eggs, cream and butter in a blender.

  3. 3. Add the diced cheese and ham, chopped chives, salt and pepper, then mix well with a spoon.

  4. 4. Pour the mix into a baking tray and bake for around 40 min at 180 degrees.

  5. 5. Serve once it has cooled.
