How to make Prawn and avocado salad

  1. 1. Boil the prawns (this should take around 4-5 min.).

  2. 2. Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh without damaging the skin.

  3. 3. Dice the avocado and drizzle with lemon juice.

  4. 4. Mix the prawns with the avocado, chopped chives, diced celery and pressed garlic.

  5. 5. Add the seasoning and mayonnaise then stir everything.

  6. 6. Serve the salad in the avocado skin.
