  • Potato250 g
  • Green beans, fresh or frozen1× cup (130 g)
  • Cream, UHT, half7× tablespoon (105 g)
  • Feta cheese2× slice (40 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Garlic2× clove (10 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Chives, fresh0.5× tablespoon (2.5 g)
  • Dill, fresh0.5× teaspoon (1.5 g)
  • Turmeric, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Bean soup with feta and potatoes

  1. 1. Chop up the beans. Peel and dice the potatoes.

  2. 2. Pour the olive oil into a pan, add butter and chopped garlic, then fry lightly for about 3 minutes.

  3. 3. Add the beans and potatoes, then mix.

  4. 4. Add water and turmeric, and bring to the boil. Boil for 15 min until the vegetables are soft.

  5. 5. Add dill and chives and remove from the heat.

  6. 6. Add the previously tempered cream (temper it by adding a few tbs of the broth, stirring after each one).

  7. 7. Sprinkle finely diced feta over the soup
