  • Cauliflower, fresh or frozen6× floret (300 g)
  • Lean fish, fresh or frozen200 g
  • Onion11× slice (110 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Garlic1× clove (5 g)
  • Salt4× pinch (2 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground2× pinch (2 g)
  • Cumin2× pinch (2 g)

How to make Cauliflower and cod soup

  1. 1. Simmer the finely chopped garlic and diced onion in olive oil in a pan.

  2. 2. When the onion is glazed, add the butter and water, then bring to the boil.

  3. 3. Add the diced cauliflower and boil for approx. 5 min.

  4. 4. Add the tinned tomatoes and seasoning and boil for 5 min.

  5. 5. Add the diced cod and boil on a low heat for about 10 min.

  6. 6. You can optionally garnish it with fresh basil.
