  • Sweet pepper4× slice (120 g)
  • Sweetcorn90 g
  • Cream, UHT, half4× tablespoon (60 g)
  • Onion5× slice (50 g)
  • Whole-Grain Pasta4.5× tablespoon (45 g)
  • Butter1× tablespoon (12 g)
  • Olive oil1× tablespoon (10 g)
  • Parsley, fresh1× teaspoon (3 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Turmeric, ground1× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, cayenne, ground1× pinch (1 g)

How to make Chicken and mushroom soup with pasta

  1. 1. Heat up the olive oil in a pan and fry the diced chicken.

  2. 2. Add the diced onion, season with salt and pepper and fry everything for about 5 min, stirring continuously.

  3. 3. Add the diced pepper, sliced mushrooms and butter. Mix together and fry for about 3 min.

  4. 4. Add the seasoning, mix in and pour in the water.

  5. 5. When it reaches the boil, add the sweetcorn and boil for around 15 min.

  6. 6. Remove from the heat and add the tempered cream.

  7. 7. Serve with boiled pasta and chopped parsley.
