How to make Raspberry millet pudding from plant milk
1. Pour the millet flakes into a sieve and rinse them in running water. Transfer to a saucepan, pour in the plant drink and bring to the boil under cover.
2. Reduce the heat and boil for 15 minutes still covered.
3. Blend the boiled millet with the raspberries (leave 3 for decoration) and honey.
4. If the pudding is too thick, add a little more of the plant drink.
5. Serve with the remaining raspberries.
