How to make Strawberry millet pudding

  1. 1. Rinse the millet groats, put them in a saucepan, then pour in the milk, cover and bring to the boil.

  2. 2. Reduce the heat and boil under cover until the groats absorb the milk and soften (around 15 min).

  3. 3. Set aside 2 strawberries to use as decoration.

  4. 4. Blend the remaining strawberries with the boiled groats and honey.

  5. 5. Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top of the pudding.
