How to make Quinoa, spinach and salmon salad

  1. 1. Boil the quinoa in lightly salted water.

  2. 2. Pre-heat the oil in a large pan, then add the finely chopped garlic with the chilli pepper.

  3. 3. Then add the salmon pieces and fry them on each side.

  4. 4. Add the soya sauce and quinoa, and stir. Fry for about 2 min.

  5. 5. Add the spinach, mix in and fry for 1minute.
