  • Ham, lean3× slice (60 g)
  • Courgette40 g
  • Hard cheese1× slice (20 g)
  • Onion1.5× slice (15 g)
  • Olives3× piece (9 g)
  • Salt2× pinch (1 g)
  • Pepper, black1× pinch (1 g)
  • Sweet paprika1× pinch (1 g)
  • Oregano, dried, ground0.5× pinch (1 g)

How to make Savoury muffins with tofu and olives

  1. 1. Drain the water from the tofu by squeezing it with your hands then crush it with a fork.

  2. 2. Grate the courgette and squeeze the juice out by hand.

  3. 3. Mix the courgette and the tofu, then add finely diced ham, onion, olives and seasoning.

  4. 4. Grate the cheese and mix it with the remaining ingredients.

  5. 5. Transfer the mass to moulds and knead it.

  6. 6. Bake for 35 minutes at 190C.
